A basic managed VPS hosting plan provided by Ataraxis includes hosting your domain on a private server with a maximum of ten websites sharing an IP address. Dedicated IPs are available for an additional charge. It will also include 60 minutes of technical support per month, rated by the minute. The 60 minutes of support is limited to editing of textual content of existing pages but does not include change requests to any structural elements. Structural elemental change requests or requests to add new pages to a site are not included and are subject to regular IT project development costs.
Any unused portion of your 60 minutes of technical support per month may be carried forward to the following month throughout an agreement term until the anniversary date. Any unused portions of allotted time not used by the anniversary date of your agreement will expire. This provides you with a potential of 12 hours of technical support in the final month of your agreement if you have not used any of your available time during the previous 11 months.
Technical support time may also be applied towards consulting services for technical guidance for change requests to your existing site hosted with Ataraxis. This type of consulting will be performed by phone or email only. Any requests for in-person consulting, whether related to designing, developing, or of a technical nature will be subject to regular design and development or IT consulting prices, depending on the nature of your request.
Server host services are payable yearly in advance. You are under no obligation to continue with services if you are unsatisfied with the level of customer service you are receiving. Ataraxis Web Design is committed to a very high level of customer satisfaction and will do all that is reasonably possible to resolve any disputes should they arise. You are free to cancel your plan at any time during the term of an agreement with no financial penalties and in such case you will receive a refund by mailed cheque. Refunds will be prorated for months used and certain conditions may apply as outlined in the agreement. Any partial months will incur full month charges. Rates are for server disk space and bandwidth usage resources. The 60 minutes of technical support time per month is complimentary and carries no cash value.
Requests related to server issues will not be deducted from your time. Server issues are considered to be of an operational nature. Issues will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible without any support time deducted from your account.
